[MC-132807] Game freezes when loading explorer map

Whenever an explorer map is to load, the game lags for a long time. Try opening a chest that contains a buried treasure explorer map. It lags terribly for a long time, and right-clicking the chest at first seems to do absolutely nothing. Then, when trying to unlock the explorer maps trades for a cartographer, the game lags, then lags even more, then freezes, then crashes.

This is a critical issue!

Re-check the uploaded crash report file. This is some old crash report from may, which has nothing todo with the issue your described.

No problem, but first, do NOT submit more than one issue per report, you can read and learn some tips in this summary.

As the crash report says, the crash occurred while you were initializing the game, Description: Initializing game (so I think this is not the correct crash report). The crash report also says you are using the version 1.12.2 and the report says you are using the Minecraft 1.13-pre6.

About the cartographer's issue, it's a duplicate of MC-130449.

I'm not sure if it has anything to do with this specific issue, but when unlocking the third trade with cartographers im experiencing the same symptoms described in this issue. The server says tick took longer than 60 seconds and is considered a crash. Should I open a new issue for this?
