Textures completly not loading after 1 sec after entering a world or server

When i load in my world or a server, for 1 second everything is normal ,all the textures properly working , but then i get a lag spike and all my textures disappear and everything looks weird and unplayable (ts like when you use a piston to push a leaf into your head with graphics on fast so you could see the mines in the ground with all those black textures. it seems like most of the blocks get affected except all the colored beds chests and trapped chests, shulker boxes and ender chests. Only some entities don't get affected example sheeps cows (sometimes) and squids (the sheep's "hairy" texture doesn't appear, they look shaved even dough they are not. also when i hold the blocks in my hand they still don't appear neither when thrown on the ground(except the chests, the beds and the other ones i mentioned). It happens in old and newly created worlds. this only happens in versions 1.8 and above. I don't know how or why this happened so i cant give you an idea on how to recreate this but it seems to have first happen when i changed the graphics card, maybe this had something to do but i'm not sure. I have tried everything, reinstalled minecraft 3-4 times, switched on and off every single setting but i couldn't find the issue, i really want to play on one of my favorite servers but i cant because this bug cant let me do it ;(.
