Since introduction of LWJGL v3 in development snapshots and pre-releases of Minecraft Java Edition v1.13, I have been experiencing "too-fast" scrolls of hotbar when I set "smooth scrolling" enabled in Logitech Options.
Though Logitech Options offers "application-specific settings" feature where I can disable it for specific apps, unfortunately it only works for native macOS ".app" applications and not for Minecraft!
Minecraft Java Edition (except the launcher) is not recognized by Logitech Options because it's a Java-based process which runs on the "java" UNIX executable instead of a native macOS app.
It is very cumbersome to toggle on/off smooth scrolling everytime when I run Minecraft.
I belive the best way is to get this fixed by Minecraft so that users don't have to configure anything,
and the second best way is to make Minecraft recognized by Logitech Options either by fixing Logitech Options or changing packaging of Minecraft.
