io.netty.handler.timeout.ReadTimeoutException

At the moment I changed to 1.12, instead of the reason here, I get the reason you can find down below, "Timed Out"..

I've tried uninstalling my mc, also my pc recently. People r saying that I could try an Wifi Adapter or the Lan Cable. I just wanna know if theres any other way, that this could be fixed..
