[MC-133226] Wrong biome type with mushroom island superflats

A superflat world with the biome set to mushroom island or mushroom island shore will generate with some parts being the selected biome and some parts being an ocean biome.

Apparently, the problem seems to be caused by a world editiong software, I should have checked before posting a bug report... Sorry for wasting your time.
