Water is dripping through glass blocks.

I think this is working as intended, water in minecraft is usually supposed to drip through one block thick layers of any material.

yea but this is 1.13 and alot of pepole might be building underwater with glass and its anooyng if so much water just pours through your roof it looks bad

Yeah Matthew, search seems to be broken, I couldn't find it before posting an issue concerning minecarts being offset from the rails.
