Some bolded obfuscated characters causes text to jitter.

Example these: (){}[]I

How to reproduce:

/tellraw @p ["",{"text":"(){}[]I ","bold":true,"obfuscated":true},{"text":"Hello"}]

Still jitters with characters: (){}[]I in 1.13 pre8

Those characters changed. The text is no longer jittering.

Fixed for 18w31a. As I said, the characters changed and the text is no longer jittering 🙂.
