Invisible health bar in player list

The bug

When creating a new scoreboard objective with criteria as health, the hearts in the player list <TAB> are invisible until it gets updated.

Steps to reproduce

1. /scoreboard objectives add test_health health

2. /scoreboard objectives setdisplay list test_health

3. Press <TAB>
