[MC-133491] tp from overworld to end problem /tp across dimensions

/tp someone else to me works fine from overworld to end
/tp me to someone in the end takes me to their coordinates in overworld

And i have searched for the issue already being reported, i cant think what else they may have described it as.

Actually it is a duplicate of MC-131057 i think which says it is resolved

However it appears to have returned as a problem

i don't think it is quite the same - this is about who is executing the tp. It works fine if you summon some one to you but not if the person wishing to be teleported calls it
