in a new world created after pre release 8 the shadow was flashing nonstop then i go in a cave and get instant kill by nothing i just die with no death msg

i have post a longer video ...first i think it was lag but no death msg and got this weird particle appear like if was silverfish spawning

Like, there is no bug that can do this!?
