[MC-133825] Water and Glass Panes

Water source blocks seems to ignore Glass Panes and flows right through it as if it werent there. this issue doesnt happen with non-water source blocks though. please fix asap im trying to build an aquarium 😃

Water isn’t flowing through them, the glass pane is a water source block so water will flow off of it. I suggest using glass blocks or non-waterlogged glass panes and taking this bug down because it’s not actually a bug.

it applies to every block that can be waterlogged. If you have two water blocks that are separated by a block like a fence or glass pane, the water would flow into it.

If a water source would normally be created, the block becomes waterlogged; this was part of the "made water smarter" in one of the snapshot changelogs.
