This bug happens randomly in all gamemodes, difficulties online, offline, single player and multiplayer. I have got filmed proof of this bug at this link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OFx_5YytRB4
please sort it out, it occurs very often disrupting gameplay.

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while ingame and attach the crash report here.

Is this your gameplay because it seems that you are using Plugins on your Multiplayer Server. If you notice in the Video you have plugins enabled on that server. For example in your chat box you have the Plugin telling you God Mode enabled, Welcome to <username's> house, or Goodbye.
Well plugins shouldn't affect to the Minecraft textures.

Hm. Well I thought they could. Even so, Modded versions of Minecraft that have problems, should be reported to the creator the the mod/plugin. Mojang can't do anything about the problem if they didn't make the Plugin/Mod (sure Mojang made Minecraft but they didn't make every single plugin in exsistence). For now just stick to adding in your crash report and we'll see. 🙂

And plugins shouldn't affect to Minecraft texture packs (again), certain mods could affect to texture packs.
