[MC-134018] Aqua Infinity Not working

Self Explanatory Aqua Infinity Does not help you breathe underwater it acts like you don't have aqua infinity.

Just Saying I was playing in creative but then I was testing some things and noticed aqua infinity wasn't working in survival
