So basically... The dealio here is that when I load a world from Singleplayer on a server either crash my whole server or it crashes me or my friend I think it has to do with the amount of Bytes (just in general)
I do like 1.13 but...

Or just quickly typing in
/give @s diamond_sword 1 0 {ench:[{id:16,lvl:32767}],display:{Name:"Backstabber"}
