[MC-134053] Tool bar does not scroll properly when using a click wheel on a mouse.

The mouse click wheel is not rolling through the tool bar consistently. In fact, it won't move at all half the time. Makes selecting a tool a pain. I tried two different Macs (one is a brand new iMac Pro) and 3 different mice. All have the same problem. Please FIX!

I just saw this Moderator comment: Adjust the new mouseWheelSensitivity option that has been added to .minecraft/options.txt.

If you mean the "sensitivity" that appears on the top of the Controls page, I've tried multiple settings at random with no improvement, it always acts the same. Do you have a suggestion?

Is it when you are holding shift, as my Mac and my two friends who also play mc on Mac can't scroll on the tool while in crouch, the sensitivity is also an issue, but the ability to scroll while in crouch is mandatory. Does this only effect you from the recent Mac and Minecraft updates (1.3 and over).
