[MC-134112] Screen goes black when entering fullscreen while loading the world in 1.13

While creating a new world, I exited fullscreen mode and went back into it after. When I pressed F11 my screen was just black. So far there's no way for me to fix it without exiting the game. I opened a world and joined in windowed mode, I then went into fullscreen and the screen went black once again. It goes black when: a) I exit and then enter fullscreen. b) when i enter fullscreen in a world from windowed. Screenshots still take a picture of the game.

We do not have enough information to find the cause of this issue.
Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/guides/finding-minecraft-data-folder/]) here.

Once attached, the report will be reopened automatically.

I have attached the log from the game, although the bug didn't appear. There was no sign of it in the game.

I have restarted the game and created a new world, but the bug seems to have vanished. I don't know what caused it but I'll report back if it happens again.

UPDATE - I have found the cause of the bug. When I enter fullscreen while the game is loading the world it causes it. I've added a forced crash report and the lod date of the game.

Cannot reproduce by going fullscreen while loading, maybe that's a graphics device issue.
