taiga and extreme hills biomes loading in deep ocean

taiga biome chunks and extreme hills biome chunks are loading in deep ocean biome.
I have tried restarting the world and I have tried restarting minecraft but the chunks are still there.

Is that a new 1.13 world or did you convert that world from 1.12.2 ?

it was a brand new 1.13 world

Can you reproduce the issue by recreating the world?
can you attach .minecraft/log/latest.log after seeing the issue for the first time in a new world?

I seem to have lost the world and I am looking for the log files, it seems to have just been that world as I created another one today just to see if it was happening to all of the worlds, nothing wrong with the chunks so far
