Villagers become non-interactive after trading

When I trade with a villager (specifically a cartographer, specifically if I trade compasses) they sometimes become unresponsive after I exit. I cannot right-click to trade again, nor can I punch or kill them.

When I exit the world and enter again it works again. It happened three times. I couldn't reproduce it a fourth time yet, so I don't know whether other entities remain interactive or are affected as well.

Edit: Seems like it was just lag. When it happened again I went to test another entity (punching a sheep), it first didn't respond, then the GUIs of the villagers quickly flashed on the screen and the sheep got hurt.

Please check if that's an issue for you in 1.13.1.

I'm running the latest release java on pc, i have tried 2 different villagers and any trades with the cartographers is causing the non-response glitch.

villagers, and horse as well are unable to be interacted with, save and exit results in the game reloading prior to the glitch-causing-trade

playing in a lan world causes the connected players to time out when re-creating the glitch causing trade.
