In the image I have shown I am using the Faithful texture pack because it is the most similar to the basic minecraft style. I hope this gets fixed soon, because I do want to use my resource packs. The horse texture seems to glitch out and it's really bugging me.

This is an issue with Faithful, not Minecraft. The textures were changed and faithful hasn't fully updated yet unless you're a Patreon supporter.
