Chat not displaying auto-completion for command names if opened with "Command" key

Steps to reproduce :

• Open the chat with the "Command" key (and not the "Chat" key)

• See that no command suggestion appear

• Delete the " / " only to write it again, still no suggestion

If you write a letter, suggestions will appear, this time, but it means you can't have the full list of commands (unless opening the chat with the chat key instead).
