Whenever I attempt to load a handful of my worlds in 1.13 (which were never loaded in the snapshots, but were last saved in 1.12.x), the game crashes just before loading.
I tried again multiple times (from backups), and optimising the world before the first load appears to be successful, but doesn't prevent the crash.
I'm not sure what these worlds have in common, as others seem to work.
Sorry if this is a duplicate, I couldn't find any crash bugs that sounded quite like this, but I'm not very adept at reading the crash logs.

Something in the latest snapshot solved my issue, not sure what. There were a couple bugfixes relating to ticking world entities, but I was able to break the hopper that was causing issues, and there was no crash.
I'm having a similar issue, but it affects a hopper above a chest used to funnel items from a farm. It irreversibly crashes my world. After breaking the hopper in survival, I instantly crash. If I break it in creative, it seems fine, but after some time it still crashes.
Attaching a crash report of my own.
