[MC-134602] Font from 1.13pre7 was not carried to 1.13

The font changes made in 1.13 pre-release 7 were not carried over to 1.13 pre-release 8 and onward. For example, apostrophes and quotation marks do not have their tails, and the at sign does not have a square in the middle.

The font change in 1.13 also has a different comma, period, colon, semicolon, and parentheses than 1.12 and before. In case this is a mistake I wanted to make sure someone saw.

This is most likely an intended revision anyway.

It may be intended, I am not sure. But I know they specifically made changes to the font in 1.13-pre7 to make it more like 1.12, it was even noted in the changelog. Then the changes were reverted in 1.13-pre8.
