Being a server, Minecraft stops. It is not a crash. It just stops working and stops responding. The only way to close it is through the Windows Task Manager, forcing to close the task javaw.exe

This ticket is invalid as it relates to a modded or 3rd party client/server.
Any non-standard client/server build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the plugin creator.

Resolved. Caused By Hunger Games Bukkit Plugin or Survival Games Plugin; This plugin throws rays and that causes lag
