[MC-13471] Stone Monster Egg not effected by Efficiency enchantment

When you have an enchantet Pickaxe with Effeciency the enchantment does not apply when you break the Stone Monster Egg Block down. So gives you a pretty good Idea to avoid destroying them 😉

They deliberately take longer to mine with a pickaxe (and less time with your bare hands) than regular stone to give you a clue that it's not what it appears to be. You're supposed to have some way to know, if you're paying attention, rather than it just be something that randomly happens to you.
