[MC-134724] Minecraft 1.13 does not start with a resource pack

When starting minecraft with a resource pack in the resourcepacks folder (it does not need to be loaded) or a resources.zip in a world folder, minecraft will load up to the screen that says Minecraft, and then freeze.

And please attach .minecraft/launcher_log.txt and .minecraft/logs/latest.log after you've had the freeze

Okay I don't know why, but the freezes have stopped happening so i have no logs to give you.

I guess you can resolve this now.
