Windowed Freezes on Frame but game still runs

I don't know how to interpret this in video or pictures. When playing in Fullscreen the game works fine. trying to play in windowed though it freezes when the world loads. main menu works but once the world loads game freezes on opening frame. sound and actions still occur and playing in full screen works still. game won't even show pause menu in window.can't really give any usage information as i can't see the F3 info in windowed. Let me know if I can grab you anymore information. (not a big problem just an inconvenience playing on a laptap)
