When I go to break blocks in survival mode, they won't disappear and drop an item immediately. Sometimes I have to wait a couple seconds, or I have to break it twice and wait a couple seconds. Obviously this doesn't make trying to do a new survival game on 1.13 very enjoyable. I don't know how to recreate this, maybe it is a Mac thing?

If it's a brand new world the server might be running slightly slower than usual during the generation of chunks.
