Attempting to delete world, failed to delete and update list

I found a possible bug about of delete worlds uniques, copied or duplicated. Failed to delete world and more of 5 attempts without successfully.

it has tried to eliminate and it does not do it correctly, in addition the list of worlds is not updated. I've also discovered that to go to the main menu and enter to singleplayer the list of worlds has been updated, but also when you try to delete the same world many, many times, you can even delete another world that has not been selected and can be broken.
