Enchanted books converted to Protection

What version was this world created in? What versions have you upgraded it to in the past?

The version is 1.13, and i upgraded from 1.13 pre-release 10.

Please check if you can reproduce this issue by upgrading from a stable release to a stable release. i.e. updating from 1.12.2 to 1.13.
