[MC-134921] Turtles Remove Sounds

Having multiple turtles may break the rain sound like shown in the (Attachment video)

I think this may affect more then just the rain.

-The slime seems to lose some sounds too if you are near the turtles.

I'm really sorry for the duplicate, I thought this was new since the turtles make it seem more frequent.
