[MC-135031] shulker box not working correctly

I was working on building a very protected house and I spawned many shulkers. I started giving them invisibility potions and for some reason one of them stayed as usual. Then I killed all of them but this one didn't die

In the title I meant shulkers not spawning correctly not shulker boxes
