Placing a wither skeleton skull crashes the game

Simply placing a wither skeleton skull anywhere on any map crashes the game, and gives me a NullPointerException. I attached the crash report.

Looks like someone else had already reported it, but when I searched, I couldn't find anything, sorry for the duplicate report.
