Double chests in dungeons do not generate connected in 1.13. They are in the correct location but they generate as two single chests instead of a double chest. This is likely caused by the 1.13 changes to chests.
The screenshot I took is at "434,24,-89" on the seed "-2719115964641346194" in 1.13.
