Empty item frames do not maintain rotation during re-log

The bug

When you put an item in an item frame, you are given the option of rotating that item via right click. Even if you take the item out, the item frame will sustain its orientation. However, if you take the item out of the frame, and then re-log, the item frame will be set to the default position.
