This has happened since 1.13 updated and the error message has changed several times but I have not been able to open Minecraft at all since the update, even though the day before I opened it perfectly well. My system does meet all the requirements to run Minecraft.

Yeah, how do you do that? My computer doesn't have a resourcepacks folder so I have no way to delete them. Even then, clicking "delete" doesn't do shit. What the hell do I do?
