Treasure maps not spawning in ships in buffet mode.

Map chests on shipwrecks contain an empty map instead of a filled treasure map when in a buffet world. I searched the wiki, and it said that every map chest on a ship will contain a treasure map (which I confirmed for myself in a normal single player world). I also know that the chests usually spawn on beaches, but can underwater.
