How to produce :
1. Go on a multiplayer server where you're opped.
2. Equip trident and enchant it with Riptide.
3. Do the spin attack and while it's playing teleport to someone and you're stuck on a loop.

NOTE: I know you can use riptide in rain, but teleporting to someone while its animation plays causes it to loop.
