[MC-135364] Baby chickens escape via hoppers

When building a chicken farm I notice baby chickens can escape via hoppers when stuck in a 1x1x1 area surrounded by blocks and one hopper.

That has ALWAYS been a thing. Place a carpet on the hopper, problem solved

Please check if that's still an issue for you in the latest 1.14.4 stable release or the latest 1.15 (pre-)release.
