[MC-135370] Top half of double tall grass remains floating when supporting block of lower half is mined

I was terraforming my plot in singleplayer 1.13. On some dirt grew tall grass. I broke the dirt, bottom half of grass broke too, but upper not.

You Mojang I think know what to do 🙂

No, MC-610 is placing floating grass by the world generator.
This is remaining top half of floating grass when mining the supporting block.

By the way, I couldn't find a duplicate for this ticket so I tested it and couldn't reproduce. However, I remember this bug appearing in my world but I didn't give importance to it.

I'm not able to reproduce this. Are you sure those blocks didn't generate naturally that way? Also, what tools were you using when terraforming?
