Environment
If a minecart is in flowing water that is on top of fence gates the minecart will stop moving in the fifth water "block" (screenshot). This does not happen if the water is flowing on top of a regular block (example: sandstone)
The minecart is only pushed forward in the first four water blocks (water source +1)
The minecart should be pushed forward the entire length of the water stream regardless of the block beneath
