[MC-135440] Cannot Change Language on Minecraft Java edition.

I recently updated my Java edition Minecraft for my kid and it is stuck in I believe Russian. I have to manually change this by going through the menus. It locks up when I attempt the change. Nothing moved or interact with it.

I then deleted the .jar and re- downloaded it, same issue. is there anything to fix this so I can play, in english

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report (minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.

I could not created a crash report. but these are the lastest logs.. again.. I cannot change the language for the game.
