What does that mean?

I used the seed you've given and found a witch at that witch hut.

I created this seed in 1.5.1 but did not find any witch. I tried the seed in 1.5.2 and I found a witch in her house. My conclusion is that this bug belongs to minecraft 1.5.1 but no longer exists in minecraft 1.5.2
