Minecraft Version 1.12/1.12.2/1.13 Not Responding

Was playing absolutely fine when I decide to switch my graphics card to GTX 960M from the Integrated Intel HD graphics card. Minecraft started to crash every time I start the game, I tried switching back the graphics card but got the same results. I also updated and reinstalled java, graphics card driver, direct x 12, and Minecraft. None of those solutions work except when I reinstall Minecraft and restart the computer, the game started running just fine for about 10 minutes. Closed it and reopen to the same issue again.
