[MC-135558] Gravel make you glitch through out of the world.

I was mining some coal and gravel fell down on top of me and shoved me out of the world. Also was mining some coal somewhere else and all of a sudden I started burning like if I was in some lava even though I was nowhere near lava.

Same issue here (with gravel). Glitched out of the world and all items disappear.

I've also got exactly the same problem - but with Pumpkins (you read that right)..

I was using bonemeal on the plant and it must have grown into a pumpkin right where I was standing (as soon as the stem had grown).

I was killed and all my gear disappeared - I went back (pretty quickly) to check..

I had this issue with sand...also had sand fall on a villager and he was deleted
