Soulsand bubbles do not affect ender pearls, snowballs, fireballs and potions.

Steps to reproduce: create a water source column and put a soulsand at the bottom, then manually throw those projectiles through the column. For fireballs, use a dispenser instead.

Expected behavior: projectiles gaining upwards momentum in the column.
