Items in Item Frames wont pop out when i click on it in 1.13

Items wont pop out of item frames when i clik at the item frame in 1.13 (Texture pack enabled)

What I expected to happen was...:
Items pop out of item frame

What actually happened was...:
Items dindt pop out of item frame in 1.13

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place an item in a item frame
2. Left-click on it and..
3. the item wont pop out (you do get the POP sound, but it doesnt pop out)

Without texture packs enabled it also doesnt want to pop out :|
