Bug After Exit Portal - Can't Interact With World

-In Hardcore I Beat the Ender Dragon, Went through the Exit Portal, Skipped the Credits, and returned to my Spawn Point.

-At this point I could break blocks and move around normally, but could not interact with any chests or crafting tables, and broken blocks eventually respawned, after enough time passed or once out of a certain range.

-Upon each reloading of the game, I appear to be in the Exit Portal for a few frames, before returning to the spawn point and being 'Stuck' in an non-reactive world.

-If I wait for 4 hours the problem persists.

-If I alter my Dimension and Position in the Player.dat and Level.dat to be at my spawn location, the game loads normally, until I go to the end and go through the exit portal again, at which point the problem persists.

-If I leave the end, then delete the Dim1 Folder (Resetting the End), the portal problem persists.
