Looting III in secondary hand don't function

Before old version, when you take in secondary hand a sword with Looting III, and you kill mob with potion, mobs drop item as if you kill the mob with your sword.

But now in the new version, this method doesn't function.

I don't see in changelog that this function has been retired.
