I try to open minecraft 1.13 and it opens for a few seconds but the min I get into the menu screen then is saids Java (TM) Se binary not responding!!! And it sometimes works but not often and I have tried to delete minecraft 5 times and nothing has worked!!! I can play any other versions but not 1.13 SOMEONE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
closing discord did not work

If any one has discord and has this problem all you have to do is delete discord and you are all good

It worked one time but I wanted to make sure it was perm but it was not so it is still not working
