Tp coordinates are incorrect

The X and Z coordinates seem to be slightly incorrect when launching. A screenshot of the happenings have been documented in a screenshot.

When you tp to integer numbers, 0.5 is added.
To have the exact position, enter the target coordinates with fractions:

/tp @p 123.1 65.0 567.8
